Make Exercise Fun Using A Rebounding Trampoline

The majority of fitness professionals are coining the use of the trampoline as the next fitness fad. Exercise routines using the bounce back motion bring both benefits and enjoyment to exercise. Working out with friends couldnat be easier! Here are some routines and games which you can use effectively on your trampoline and also some helpful hints on how to select the best equipment for you.

Given the wide selection it can be daunting when picking the right rebounding trampoline for you. It is important to select a trampoline which as well as being robust, can also fit neatly into your storage area. In addition to this, it is also worth remembering that the quality of the trampoline should not be compromised iia a quality product will ensure your safety.

It is great motivation to work out with a friend who also has a trampoline, remember to make enough space so that the both of you can aplaya safely! After you are set up and ready to workout try some of these fun ideas and games which are great for your rebounding trampoline.

Now for competition time:- taking it in turn, this short game involves one person holding and watching the timer whilst the other attempts to perform the most jumps! This should be over a period of about three or less minutes.

The next exercise is called the trick game iia on your rebounding trampoline take turns to impress the other with a trick, this will then be copied by the other participant. An example of a trick could be four hops on each leg followed by a turn in the air iia remember to keep the tricks simple!

As part of your warm up it may be fun to incorporate a game. Jogging is great way to warm up and to add to your motivation turn it into a small race with your friend. As this is just for fun you will not be able to know who wins (unless you have monitoring equipment).

Did you know that trampolines are great for inventing dance routines! By adding your favourite music and taking it in turns to invent moves you will not only have a great workout but also time will fly whilst you are having fun!

Learning how to trampoline is really a great way to keep your body healthy and looking great. Remember, everyone, regardless of their fitness level, should first consult with a doctor before beginning any workout to decrease the chance of injury.
